Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your Solovair purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all footwear is returned in its original, unworn condition and in the original packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn boots or shoes back into their original Solovair box and secure them inside a protective shipping outer layer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt for tracking until your refund or exchange has been processed.
